About
The Common Press Dalston is the second site of the not-for-profit queer community venue that started on Bethnal Green Road, opened on Stoke Newington Road as part of "growing our community across London". Like its Shoreditch sibling it works as a bookshop, café and bar in one — a "consciously queer intersectional bookshop" carrying several thousand titles, and a "sanctuary" and third space for its regulars.
The programme spans book clubs, live music, wellbeing sessions, workshops, family-friendly events and club nights, with film screenings run alongside them.
