LEX2 Livesey Exchange

LEX2 Livesey Exchange is a grassroots, community-led hub on the Old Kent Road, opened in 2023 with seed funding from Southwark Council and the Greater London Authority. Founded by Nicholas Okwulu of PemPeople — who started LEX1 in a row of repurposed garages on the Ledbury Estate — the low-carbon complex offers affordable workspace, skills training, mentoring and business incubation, and describes itself as "more than just a physical space; it is a beacon of hope, a hub of opportunity, and a catalyst for transformation".

Its event spaces carry a cultural programme for the neighbourhood, film screenings among it.
