Transmissions is East London's trans film club, described as an institution of the East London trans community. Hosted at Dalston Superstore, it programmes eclectic cinema with a discerning trans audience in mind — from queer drama and arthouse to archival VHS screenings.
As much about community and atmosphere as the films themselves, Transmissions brings together carefully curated programmes with guest intros and occasional collaborations with other collectives.
