About

Stanley Arts is a community arts venue in South Norwood, housed in the historic Stanley Halls — a collection of Edwardian buildings built between 1903 and 1909 by local inventor and philanthropist William F. Stanley as a gift for the betterment of the South Norwood community. The venue hosts art, music, theatre, dance, comedy, spoken word, and film screenings in a building with state-of-the-art sound and lighting.

Film screenings sit alongside the rest of Stanley Arts' broad cultural programme, making it one of South London's most distinctive community cinema venues.
